Happy International Women's Day!
All female staff members of our school have received a special rose on this special date.
Although the history of aviation has mainly been made up of male names, there has also been room for a group of brave and daring women who wanted to experience the sensation of flying for themselves from the very beginning.
At CANAVIA we are well aware of the barriers imposed on women within society, especially in the aviation sector. Women represent only 5.2% of the number of commercial airline pilots worldwide (Statista, 2018). That is why we are committed to promoting an equal aviation sector. We encourage all women to "break the mold" and reconsider one of the most exciting and high-paying careers.
