Last November 26th was a really special day.
Our instructors and students attended a training course with the Air Unit of the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES), with whom we share base and operations daily at the Maspalomas - El Berriel Aerodrome.
In this course, all the GES procedures were explained, as well as rescue and firefighting procedures.
A course of essential significance for flight training and operations at the aerodrome, as it involves all staff and students, which is why it was decided to make it MANDATORY for all professional pilot students.
