Canavia reinforces its commitment to student employability through strategic agreements with airlines

In a highly demanding sector such as commercial aviation, high-quality training must be combined with a real connection to the job market. In this context, Canavia continues to strengthen its commitment to the employability of its students, consolidating a strategy based on solid and progressive partnerships with leading airlines.

Strategic airline partnerships: a clear commitment to pilots’ professional future

The first strategic agreement established by Canavia was with Volotea, a fast-growing airline operating the Airbus A320. This partnership marked an important milestone for the school, enabling Canavia-trained pilots to connect directly with an international airline actively seeking qualified flight crew.

Canavia later took another significant step by signing an agreement with Binter, a benchmark regional airline and operator of the ATR 72, further strengthening its collaboration with airlines known for their high operational standards and strong commitment to quality training.

The most recent agreement has been established with CanaryFly, also an ATR operator, completing a strong network of airline partnerships that broadens professional opportunities for Canavia students and reinforces airline confidence in the school’s training model.

Preferential access to Self-Sponsored Type Rating programs

Thanks to these agreements, Canavia presents its pilot students on a preferential basis to the airlines’ Self-Sponsored Type Rating (TR) programs, facilitating a key step in the transition from flight training to commercial aviation.

This strategy has been reflected in recent pilot recruitment campaigns, confirming the active demand within the industry:

Volotea – recruitment campaign in November 2025 (Airbus A320)
Binter – recruitment campaign in December 2025 (ATR 72)
CanaryFly – recruitment campaign in January 2026 (ATR)

These recruitment campaigns represent real and current opportunities for pilots trained at Canavia.

Canavia: a flight school that connects training with the aviation industry

At Canavia, flight training goes beyond obtaining licenses. The school is committed to a model that connects training, airlines and employability, preparing its students to successfully meet airline selection processes and operational standards.

The progressive development of agreements with Volotea, Binter and CanaryFly reflects a clear and sustained strategy: to launch real professional careers in commercial aviation, offering students a tangible competitive advantage from the very beginning of their training.

Through these strategic partnerships, Canavia reaffirms its position as a reference flight school, fully committed to excellence, employability and the professional future of its pilots within the aviation sector.
